Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Service scope

Markdown to PDF Converter is provided as-is for converting markdown into PDF documents. Availability and output quality may vary by document complexity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice to paying subscribers.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload or paste into the service.

Fair usage

Free usage limits and paid entitlements may change to prevent abuse or keep the service sustainable.

Accounts and abuse

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or interfere with platform stability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Markdown to PDF Converter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refund requests are evaluated case by case — contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted. One-time credit purchases are non-refundable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party providers for payments (Lemon Squeezy), hosting (Vercel), authentication and data storage (Supabase), and PDF generation (Google Cloud Platform). Your use of the service constitutes acceptance of each provider's respective terms and privacy policies.
